Terms of use
The rules that apply when you use the academy website, account and learning services.
Educational scope
Courses and events provide professional education and do not replace clinical judgement, local regulation, certification, licensing or supervised training. Eligibility requirements shown on a product page apply to that product.
Account and access
Use accurate registration details, protect your sign-in credentials and do not share course access or licences. Device and concurrent-playback limits shown in the service may be enforced to protect licensed content.
Orders and payment
The product page and checkout show the base price, applicable tax and final total before payment. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider verifies it. A browser return page or a manually changed order status does not by itself create access.
Permitted use
Learning materials are for the enrolled learner’s personal professional education. Copying, redistributing, reselling, bypassing access controls or interfering with the service is not permitted. Availability may be paused for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
