Who are the courses for?
Our courses are designed for medical and aesthetic professionals. Entry requirements vary; contact the academy with your qualifications before enrolling.
How do I access my course?
After confirmed payment or approved manual access, your course appears in your account. The course specifies whether learning is in the web classroom, GLM Player or both.
How is a completion certificate issued?
Complete the required lessons and pass required assessments. An administrator reviews completion and approves the PDF certificate in your account. It does not replace a professional licence. No separate certificate payment is required.
How do I book an event?
When online booking is enabled, sign in, verify your email and complete checkout. A seat is held for 15 minutes; only confirmed payment creates a confirmed ticket. Contact the academy if booking is not yet open.
Where are previous purchases?
Contact the academy with the original order reference if a previous purchase is missing. Historical access is reviewed separately from the new catalogue.
What languages and refund options are available?
The interface supports English, Persian, Arabic, Italian and German. Course translations publish after review. Request a refund from your order in your account; the academy reviews it against the product policy before processing it.
